2nd International Conference on Metals and Alloys (CMA 2020)

Notice: Due to the COVID-19, CMA2020 has been postponed to December 6-9, 2020. Please arrange your travel properly. Thanks for your understanding.

The 2nd International Conference on Metals and Alloys (CMA 2020) will be held in Macau, China during December 6-9, 2020.

The overall objective of the conference is to bring together international scientists and engineers in academia and industry in fields related to research in metals and alloys, more specifically related to their mechanical behaviour, material properties, metallurgical behaviour and microstructures etc., and their applications to a wide range of engineering disciplines. All types of metals, e.g. iron, brass, copper, aluminium, steel, etc., and all types of alloys, e.g. stainless steel, alloys of gold and silver, high temperature alloys, magnetic alloys, etc., are considered in CMA conference.

Macau, known as the “Vegas of China”, is a special administrative region on the western side of the Pearl River estuary in southern China. It was a Portuguese colony for 300 years, in the middle of the skyscrapers and its modernized front, sits the Historic Center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that incorporates numerous historic buildings and churches, fortresses, monuments, an ancient palace, and friendly urban squares. Macau has grown explosively over the past decade and continues to expand rapidly as some of the world's largest casino operators have established a strong presence along with entertainment, concerts, industry trade shows and international art exhibitions.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we look forward to meeting you all in Macau!

Chairman of CMA 2020
